Ground floor
The house comprises of a large lounge on the ground floor, leading into a downstairs utility which contains a washing machine. Here also is a shower room, sink and a downstairs loo.
The lounge has a coffee table, writing desk and chair and the 2 two-seater sofas convert into beds.
